why am i always hyper after excercise and never before!?
well i'm always all like "ugh i dont wanna do this!" before excercise like golf, track, basketball, but after i'm always like "omgomgomgomg!" talking fast, jumping up and down almost, really really hyper, fidgity and i get all like "omg! let's go running 5 miles! that'll be fun!" and stuff like that, i mean after excercise i get really really hyper but before i'm all dull and bored and not wanting to... this confuses me and my parents don't understand either, by the way i'm 15 years old and sophmore and i dont think that this is good! lol though i love it! i am currently in this hyper state!
endorphins! Your brain releases them during exercise and they're your body's "happy hormones". This is how some people get addicted to exercise.
