Can I wear black tights/hose and black shoes with a navy blue dress?
I have this killer long-sleeved navy blue dress, but I am loathe to wear navy hose or tights and I don't own any navy shoes. I know it's always optional to wear regular hose, which I would do as a last resort, but I would prefer the black tights. I consider myself pretty fashion-conscious, but I'm stumped here.
Not something that i would do, unless you want to resemble a bruise. Try natural colored hose and tan or brown shoes.
On a completely different level...wear what makes you feel good. As long as you feel confident about the way you look, wear what you want. Yor confidence will shine above your black shoes and hose. And if someone says something, tell them to stop looking at you.
