What kind of makeup can I use to draw on my face that won't smear?
I want to draw a lightning bolt on my face (like Lady Gaga).
I think eyeliner would smear. Is there some kind of pens for face or something that I can wear all day? And that would make a sharp line? thanks!
I find gel eyeliners don't smudge as they do not contain a high percentage of oil. If you set it set it with powder (the same colour as what you have drawn in) it will become sweat/ smear proof even if you use normal liquid/pencil liner.
Face paint would be most effective though. Apply it with a thin eyeliner brush to create a sharp edge.
